Order processing

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during peak periods.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the destination and items in your order.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email a tracking link after your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

International orders

Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch has started.

Lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
