Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to view the latest carrier update. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Tracking has not updated

Carrier scans can occasionally be delayed. If there has been no update for several business days, email support@ardeniva.com with your order number and tracking number so we can review the shipment.

Order not yet dispatched

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking becomes available only after an order has been prepared and handed to the carrier.
