In one line: the United States is a flat $7.99 and free over $49. Everywhere else the rate is set by the total parcel weight, in bands up to 20 kg — the table below is the exact configuration used at checkout.

Weight is the total of everything in the basket, including packaging. Two of our larger pieces together can reach the 4–5 kg band; heavier orders move into the 5–10 kg and 10–20 kg bands automatically.
Above 20 kg
We do not carry an automated rate above 20 kg. If your basket exceeds it and checkout shows no shipping option, email support@ardeniva.com with the contents and address — we will quote the freight and arrange it manually.
Processing and tracking
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Tracking is emailed after dispatch and can take up to 48 hours to appear.
